    Order

    You receive the summary by email, with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer.

    Build

    Within the stated timeframe, with a progress check-in. You see the tool before it is finished.

    Delivery

    You pay the remaining 50%, and the deliverable is handed over to you with a hands-on walkthrough.

Why are the prices so low?

Because we don’t start from scratch: we configure and customize proven tools (spreadsheets, open-source software, established platforms), using templates we built once and for all.

How is this different from your custom software?

An Otaké Essentiel offer adapts an existing tool to your business, within a fixed scope. Custom software is designed and developed for you, with no limit on scope. The price of an Essentiel offer is deducted if you move to custom software within 6 months.

The management tools audit (€490 excl. VAT) reviews your current setup and tells you what to do, in what order, and at what cost.

How does payment work?

After the free call, you receive the summary by email, with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery: the deliverable is handed over once the balance is received.

What if my needs go beyond the package?

We tell you during the call, before any order. You choose: stay within the package, add a costed option, or move to custom software, with the price of the Essentiel offer deducted within 6 months.

Is there any support after delivery?

Yes, optional support at €29 excl. VAT per month: your questions, small adjustments and updates.
