Who is the data controller?
SCM PUBLISHING, a French SARL with share capital of €5,000, SIREN 793 649 047, whose registered office is at 6 rue des Boves, 95420 Magny-en-Vexin, France, reachable at contact@scm-publishing.fr, is the controller of the data collected on this website.
What data do we collect?
The data you send us through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), type of request and message. We also measure the website's audience anonymously and in aggregate (see “Third-party services”). No data is collected without your knowledge: this website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.
Why, and on what legal basis?
This data is used solely to reply to your request and to follow up on it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Who has access to it?
SCM Publishing, and our technical processor Formspree Inc. (delivery of contact form messages), whose servers may be located in the United States — Formspree's privacy policy. Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising purposes.
How long is it kept?
Exchanges are kept for no more than 12 months after the last contact, then deleted — unless a contractual relationship is ongoing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@scm-publishing.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Third-party services
Fonts are hosted directly on our servers: no data is sent to a third party when they load.
We measure the website's audience with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.), without cookies and without tracking individual visitors: only aggregated statistics are produced (page views, country, device type, referring site). This data may be processed outside the European Union — Cloudflare's privacy policy.
