Onsen Stack — privacy.

This English version is a translation of the French policy. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This policy applies to the Onsen Stack mobile application (“the App”), published by SCM PUBLISHING. It is separate from the privacy policy of the scm-publishing.fr website, which only covers the contact form.
Who is the data controller?
SCM PUBLISHING, a French SARL with share capital of €5,000, SIREN 793 649 047, whose registered office is at 6 rue des Boves, 95420 Magny-en-Vexin, France, reachable at contact@scm-publishing.fr.
What data does the App collect?
The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, your email address or your contacts. The data below is collected automatically, mainly by our advertising partner Google AdMob, in order to display ads and run the App:
- Advertising identifier and device identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android);
- Approximate location, derived from the IP address, at country or region level;
- Advertising and interaction data relating to the App and the ads;
- Diagnostic data: technical information, crashes, performance.
Your scores, coins, unlocked towels and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to any server.
Why, and on what legal basis?
This data is used to display ads, including personalized ads when you consent to them, to measure their performance, to prevent fraud, and to operate and improve the App. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the legal basis for personalized advertising is your consent, collected the first time you launch the App.
Personalized advertising and tracking
When you consent, your device's advertising identifier is used to show you ads tailored to your interests, which constitutes tracking under Apple's rules. On iOS, you are asked for permission through Apple's system prompt; declining does not prevent you from playing, the ads are simply not personalized.
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings: on iOS, Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; on Android, Settings › Privacy › Ads.
Who has access to it?
This data is shared with Google as part of the AdMob service (ad serving and measurement). Google's processing is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
The “Privacy options” button in the App's settings reopens the consent screen at any time.
Children
The App is suitable for all ages (rated 4+ by Apple). It has no account creation, no messaging and no in-app purchases, and it does not ask for any personal data. Personalized advertising is only enabled with the explicit consent of a user old enough to give it; otherwise, only non-personalized ads are shown.
How long is data kept?
Data collected by AdMob is retained in accordance with Google's policies. Data stored locally stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@scm-publishing.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
