We go through this list together during the free call.

Tailored to your business, within the scope of the package. Examples: reminders for unpaid invoices at day 7 and day 15; signed quote turned into an order; inquiry received on your website added to your CRM with an alert to the salesperson; sales summary every Monday. The price covers one automation between two or three tools that support it. Any subscription to the automation tool is at your expense; it is often free for small volumes.

    You receive a summary by email with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer.

    Build

    Within the stated lead time, with a progress check-in. You see the tool before it is finished.

    Delivery

    You pay the remaining 50%, and the deliverable is handed over with a walkthrough session.

What happens if one of the tools changes?

You are alerted if there is an error. Fixes are included in the monthly support, or priced separately.

Can I order more than one?

Yes, each automation has the same fixed price. Beyond three, custom software often becomes simpler: we will tell you.

How does payment work?

After the free call, you receive a summary by email with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery: the deliverable is handed over once the balance is received.

What if my needs go beyond the package?

We tell you during the call, before you order anything. You choose: stay within the package, add a priced option, or move to custom software, with the price of the Essentiel offer deducted within 6 months.

Is there any follow-up after delivery?

Yes, optional support at €29 excl. VAT per month: your questions, small adjustments and updates.
