The two options below are two ways to pay for the same pack: you pick one, nothing is added on top. No “reply-only” service: every enquiry is followed through to the end.

These are not extras: this is the monthly price of the Appointments pack, paid one way or the other. You can switch from one month to the next. A booked appointment is confirmed by the customer and added to your calendar; cancelled more than 24 hours before, it is not counted. The AlloVoisins subscription stays in your name and is yours to pay.

In every case: your access checked or created, your photos, live in about 3 to 4 weeks. The website can stay with your current host or be hosted by us. Websites are written in French, for businesses operating in France.

Which pack should I choose?

Pay per appointment or flat rate?
Per appointment (€249 excl. VAT a month + €25 excl. VAT per booked appointment) up to about 30 appointments a month, flat rate (€990 excl. VAT a month, 50 appointments included) beyond that. You can switch whenever you like, and we recommend whichever costs you less.
Is the Showcase pack optimised for search engines?
No, and we say so clearly: it is a shop window linked to your Google Business Profile, with no keyword work and no pages per town. To be found on Google by new customers, you need the Visibility pack.
I’m already on AlloVoisins or I already have a website.
Great: we start from what you have. We check your access, keep what works and improve the rest.
What is a “booked appointment”?
An appointment confirmed by the customer and added to your shared calendar. If the customer cancels more than 24 hours before, it is not counted.
Who decides on prices and appointments?
You do, always. We follow your instructions and your time slots, and no quote goes out without your approval.
Who pays for the AlloVoisins subscription?
You do: the account stays in your name and the subscription is yours to pay. For professionals, AlloVoisins offers a subscription from €99.99 excl. VAT a month, with a 12-month commitment; the price depends on the categories and the area you choose. Setting up your profile is included free in the Appointments pack.
What about my data, and my customers’ data?
It remains yours. We process it on your behalf, in line with the GDPR, under a contract that says so.
Can I stop?
Yes. Our subscriptions end with one month’s notice, at no cost. The website and the domain name remain yours: we hand everything over.
