Before you call us.
My former agency has my domain name: is it lost?
Not necessarily. If it is in your name, it can be recovered. If it is in theirs, it may become free again when it expires: we monitor it and, failing that, we find a fallback name.
What happens if I stop?
The domain stays yours. We transfer it free of charge to the account of your choice, with your website.
Can I have a professional email address?
Yes, 2 addresses are included with the hosting, for example contact@ and firstname@.
