Dolibarr is free, open-source management software, widely used by micro-businesses and SMEs. But it still has to be installed, secured and configured: we do it for you, in your name, in 10 days.

What you get

What we need from you

  • Your logo, your legal notices and your terms of sale
  • Your lists of customers, suppliers and products
  • A subscription to the hosting we recommend, about €10 to €20 excl. VAT per month

We draw up the list together during the free call.

Tailored to your business, within the limits of the package. The package covers a standard configuration of the modules. Custom development and paid modules are quoted separately. For e-invoicing (electronic invoices), we check with you the connection to an approved e-invoicing platform.

    Within the stated timeframe, with a progress check-in. You see the tool before it is finished.

    Delivery

    You pay the remaining 50%, and the deliverable is handed over to you with a hands-on walkthrough.

Is Dolibarr really free?

Yes, it is open-source software: there is no license to pay for. Only the hosting and, if you wish, the support cost money.

Do I own my data?

Yes: the hosting is in your name, and you can export your data at any time.

How does payment work?

After the free call, you receive the summary by email, with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery: the deliverable is handed over once the balance is received.

What if my needs go beyond the package?

We tell you during the call, before any order. You choose: stay within the package, add a costed option, or move to custom software, with the price of the Essentiel offer deducted within 6 months.

Is there any support after delivery?

Yes, optional support at €29 excl. VAT per month: your questions, small adjustments and updates.
