    You receive a summary by email with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer.

    Within the stated lead time, with a progress check-in. You see the tool before it is finished.

    Delivery

    You pay the remaining 50%, and the deliverable is handed over with a walkthrough session.

What if there's no signal at the customer's site?

The work order can be filled in offline and is sent as soon as the phone is back online.

Is the PDF valid as proof?

It includes the date, the time, the photos and the customer's signature. For a specific contractual use, ask your legal advisor.

How does payment work?

After the free call, you receive a summary by email with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery: the deliverable is handed over once the balance is received.

What if my needs go beyond the package?

We tell you during the call, before you order anything. You choose: stay within the package, add a priced option, or move to custom software, with the price of the Essentiel offer deducted within 6 months.

Is there any follow-up after delivery?

Yes, optional support at €29 excl. VAT per month: your questions, small adjustments and updates.
