Never quite sure what you have left? A small phone app, built on a spreadsheet you keep: a scan every time stock comes in or goes out, and an alert when it's time to reorder.

What you get

What we need from you

  • Your item list, even if incomplete
  • Your locations and reorder thresholds
  • A Google or Microsoft 365 account in the company's name

We go through this list together during the free call.

Tailored to your business, within the scope of the package. Built on off-the-shelf tools (a spreadsheet and a simple mobile app): a subscription to one of these tools may be added depending on the number of users, and we tell you before we start.     You receive a summary by email with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer.

    Build

    Within the stated lead time, with a progress check-in. You see the tool before it is finished.

    Delivery

    You pay the remaining 50%, and the deliverable is handed over with a walkthrough session.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No, the phone's camera is enough to read the QR codes.

Can several people use it?

Yes, each with their own account: the history shows who made each stock movement.

How does payment work?

After the free call, you receive a summary by email with the payment link for 50%, by card or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery: the deliverable is handed over once the balance is received.

What if my needs go beyond the package?

We tell you during the call, before you order anything. You choose: stay within the package, add a priced option, or move to custom software, with the price of the Essentiel offer deducted within 6 months.

Is there any follow-up after delivery?

Yes, optional support at €29 excl. VAT per month: your questions, small adjustments and updates.
