Within the stated timeframe, once your file is complete. You pay the 70% balance and receive the report, then we present it to you by video call.

No. We prepare the file: facts, documents, evidence. Your lawyer builds the strategy, drafts the written submissions and represents you. A well-prepared file saves your lawyer time, and often saves you fees.
We can put you in touch with an employment lawyer from our network and, with your consent, send the prepared file directly to them.
Because every business is different. In 45 minutes, by phone or video call, a director from our team listens to your situation, checks that the kit truly meets your need, reviews the documents available and agrees with you on the format of the deliverable. If a kit is not right for you, we tell you so. The call is free and without commitment.
Nothing before the call. If you decide to order, we email you a summary of what was agreed and the payment link for the 30% deposit, payable by bank card or bank transfer. The 70% balance is paid on delivery of the report.
Once your order is placed, we email you a secure upload link dedicated to your file. No email attachments. Your documents are used solely for your kit, and we never name our clients.
The amounts paid for the kit are deducted if you go on to the 3-day audit or an engagement within 3 months.
