What the audit looks at

Organization, operations, logistics: where your results are made.

We do not put everything under the microscope: we go straight to the issues that weigh most on margin, service and cash.

  1. 01

    Organization and governance

Roles, decision-making channels, management routines, the workload of senior management.

  2. 02

    Operations and productivity

    Processes, flows, quality, bottlenecks.

  3. 03

    Logistics and warehousing

Layout, inventory, order picking, transport, service levels.

  4. 04

    Information systems

ERP, WMS, data, dashboards: do they really serve the business?

  5. 05

    Margins and cash

An operational reading of costs and cash, in coordination with your expert-comptable (chartered accountant).

How it runs

Three days, four steps, one plan.

A short, precise framework, prepared with you before day one.

  1. 00

    Scope

Before the audit: objectives, scope, secure transfer of data.

  2. D1

    Observe

On the ground, with interviews of management and staff.

  3. D2

    Analyze

Data, flows, costs: what costs money, what leaks, what works.

  4. D3

    Report back

Diagnosis presented to management, priorities and action plan.

Frequently asked questions

Business audit: your questions.

The questions we are asked most often before an audit.

What is an organizational audit?

It is an outside look at how your company works: who decides what, how information and work flow, where time and money are lost. It leads to a diagnosis and priorities for action.

Organizational audit or operational audit: what is the difference?

An organizational audit looks at structure: roles, governance, decision-making processes. An operational audit looks at execution: flows, productivity, quality, logistics. Our 3-day audit covers both, focusing on what weighs most on your results.

How much does the 3-day audit cost?

It is a fixed fee of €3,600 excl. VAT for 3 days on a standard scope (one site, one business activity), excluding travel expenses. If the scope is broader, the quote, drawn up after a free first conversation, specifies it. The amount is deducted if an assignment follows.

Can the audit be done remotely?

Yes. Through secure data exchange (accounting exports, ERP or WMS exports, indicators, organization charts) and video interviews, the audit can be carried out entirely remotely. An on-site visit can complement it if it adds value.

What happens after the audit?

You leave with a written diagnosis and a prioritized action plan. You can implement it on your own, with occasional support, or entrust its execution to an interim manager. No follow-up is imposed.

Does my data remain confidential?

Yes. Data is exchanged securely, used solely for the audit, and we never name our clients.
